This custom men’s lightweight golf hoodie is designed for spring rounds, cool morning starts and active layering. Its quarter zip provides adjustable ventilation, while the hood extends into a raised neckline for additional coverage without the bulk of a heavy sweatshirt.
The regular fit leaves enough room for a golf polo underneath while maintaining a clean athletic profile through the body and sleeves.
Select the Weight Around the Intended Season
The hoodie can be developed in polyester or a buyer-specified knitted fabric. Three weight options are available for different programs:
- 250 GSM for a lightweight spring golf layer
- 270 GSM for a more structured transitional hoodie
- 310 GSM for cooler conditions and a fuller hand feel
For a product marketed specifically as a lightweight golf hoodie for men, the 250 GSM option is the most appropriate. The 270 and 310 GSM versions should be described separately as midweight alternatives.

The zipper length and hood opening should be checked together during sampling. If the neckline is too narrow, the hoodie may be difficult to pull over the head; if it is too wide, the hood may not sit cleanly when lowered.
