Every custom apparel order starts with clear confirmation. Qiandao follows a structured OEM/ODM production workflow to help brands reduce sampling risk, control quality and move from product idea to finished garments more efficiently.
1. Requirement Review
We review your product idea, tech pack, reference sample, target price, size range, fabric direction and estimated order quantity before recommending the most suitable production route.
2. Fabric & Trim Confirmation
Our team helps confirm suitable knit, woven, nylon, polyester-spandex, recycled, UPF or Oxford fabric options, together with zippers, buttons, drawcords, labels, hangtags and packaging details.
3. Pattern & Sample Development
We develop patterns, fit samples and logo applications for golf polo shirts, quarter-zip pullovers, hoodies, jackets, fishing shirts, fishing pants, shorts and other custom apparel styles.
4. Sample Approval & Order Confirmation
After sample fitting, fabric review, logo checking and measurement evaluation, we adjust the details before confirming the bulk order specifications, price, lead time and packaging requirements.
5. Bulk Production & Quality Control
Mass production follows the approved sample. During production, we check fabric, cutting, stitching, measurements, logo application, trims and final garment appearance before packing.
6. Packaging & Delivery
Finished garments can be packed with custom labels, hangtags, polybags or brand packaging, then prepared for shipment according to your delivery plan.

Simple samples usually take around 5–7 days after details are confirmed. Complex styles, special fabrics or custom trims may need more time. Bulk production time depends on order complexity and season, and starts after sample approval and order confirmation.

Yes. We check fabric, measurements, stitching, trims, logo application, garment appearance, packaging and carton details before shipment. For custom golf and fishing apparel, we can also review performance details such as stretch, quick-dry function, UPF fabric direction or water-resistant finishing when required.
