Our turnaround time is within 7-15 working days. For urgent orders, we can offer a 3-day turnaround time.
Do you offer sample? And sample lead time?
Yes, we can make some samples for each customers to check quality first, the sample makingtime is 5-7 working days
Sample Preparation Steps:
- Provide your techpack, colorways, materials, and size requirements for a cost estimate.
- We start sampling upon receipt of the sample payment.
- We prototype and modify until all details are finalized.
- Once approved, samples are signed for production.
Bulk Production Steps:
- A 50% downpayment is required to start production.
- We handle cutting, sewing, trimming, ironing, and packaging of garments.
- You conduct a thorough inspection before loading for shipping.
- The 50% balance payment is required before shipment.
